Gather is a shared group calendar that keeps your family, friends, and teammates on the same page. If you need help, have a question, or want to report a problem, this page has you covered.

Getting Started

• Create an account with your name and email to get started.
• Create a group for your family, team, or any crew you want to share plans with.
• Add events by tapping a date and filling in the details.
• Invite people by email, or share a join link — no app download required for them to view the invite.

Frequently Asked Questions

Open your group, tap the invite icon, and either enter their email address or share the group's join link.

Tap the group name at the top of the calendar to switch between all the groups you belong to.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link.

Open the group's member list and choose to leave the group. This removes you from that group's shared calendar.

Email us at the address below and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
